Plan to spend approximately 1.5 to 2 hours with us depending on the size of your group. This allows for additional time to check-in, suit up and ground school training.

What if I am afraid of heights? [back to top]
It is not uncommon to have a fear of heights. Many people who have a fear of heights are still able to enjoy our zipline tour. You will clipped to a 1/2 inch steel cable at all times when you are off the ground. Our professional guides are thoroughly trained in zipline course procedures, and will be with you throughout the entire course to answer all your questions, and provide support.

During the tour you will be anywhere from 0 feet to 70 feet above the ground.

Yes but we ask you to put pictures on our Face book page and become a fan.

Do you operate in the rain? [back to top]
Yes, we operate in the rain. However, the course will be closed if there is lightening activity in the area. We will also close for high winds. If we know in advance that we will be closed, we will try to contact you at the contact number you provided to us when you booked your tour. If your tour is cancelled due to weather, you can either rebook for another time or we will issue a rain check. Do not assume we have called off your tour even if you have bad weather we may have sunny skies! See: Weather Policy

What if it is too cold outside? [back to top]
Please be aware the temperature can be quite cold. Zipping in the cold is fun, if you are dressed for the weather. We recommend that you layer your clothing.

How safe is it? [back to top]
All adventure activities done above the ground carry certain inherent risks. We have taken numerous steps to mitigate these risks. Our course was built to meet or exceed ACCT professional building standards. Our guides are professionally trained and our equipment is very high quality. The course and equipment are inspected daily.

What if I have never done a zipline course before? [back to top]
The majority of our participants have never done a zipline course before. Don’t worry, your guides will give you a complete orientation and training session before we take you on the course. The training session includes a short zip a few feet off the ground, so you will know what it feels like before you go out onto the course.

Do you have group rates? [back to top]
Yes. We offer group rates for groups of 10 or more participants.

Will I be in a group with my friends/family? [back to top]
Yes always as long as you all show up on time.

What is your cancellation policy? [back to top]
See: Cancellation Policy

How long is the zipline course? [back to top]
The zipline course is 10 football fields of cable and you will cover 23 acres of our 85 acre property. Consisting of 5 dual ziplines (ground to ground) and 2 Canopy Tree Zips (Tree to Tree), A Burma Bridge, and an Auto Belay at the end!

Who can zip? [back to top]
The zipline canopy tour is designed for use by participants of average mobility and strength, and who are in reasonably good health. No children under the age of 7 or weighing less than 30 pounds will be allowed to participate in our zipline tour. Children between the ages of 7 – 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Approximate weight range for all participants is between 30 to 250 pounds. Please call if you have any questions regarding weight limits. Each participant must be physically able to control the speed of their travel along the zip lines by grasping the cable with leather gloves. Participants must also be able pull themselves along the zip cable a few feet in the event they lose momentum before reaching any given landing platform. There is a 10 minute nature walk in the tour on an unpaved trail at an incline of about 15%. Each participant must be able to complete this walk. It is approximately as challenging as climbing several flights of stairs.

I am under the age of 16. Do I need to be accompanied by an adult? [back to top]
Yes. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

What equipment will I wear on the course? [back to top]
You will be fitted with a seat harness, a trolley, Lobster claw, tether, caribiner, gloves, and a helmet. The equipment is similar to rock climbing equipment, but specially designed for a zipline course.

Can I celebrate a special occasion? [back to top]
Yes. Let us know ahead of time, or when you arrive for your tour, and we will make sure to honor your special occasion.

When do I need to arrive for my tour? [back to top]
You must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. This will give you enough time to check-in and prepare for your tour.
